To maintain continuous operation and mitigate mechanical failures, the deployment integrates asset protection and condition monitoring systems. This digital infrastructure analyzes real-time sensor data from critical subsea components to detect mechanical anomalies, assess equipment degradation, and schedule targeted maintenance before operational disruptions occur. The system interfaces directly with surface gas processing equipment, including floating production, storage, and offloading vessels designed to process over 1 billion standard cubic feet of gas and 90,000 barrels of condensate per day.
Manufacturing and In-Country Logistics
The execution strategy relies on localized engineering and manufacturing infrastructure to manage logistical timelines. Subsea tree assemblies are manufactured at the Global Manufacturing Center for Subsea Trees in Batam, Indonesia. Field support, maintenance, and ongoing technical service are managed through operational facilities in Balikpapan to maintain supply chain continuity throughout the project lifecycle.
